Disclaimer

  • Camper Rig is recommended to have a snorkel for river crossing. Camper Marshal has the right to refuse if the vehicle doesn’t seem fit.

Eligibility

  • Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted to participate in the Overland Expo 2024.

COVID-19 Vaccination

  • All members of the expedition team must be fully vaccinated prior to the competition. Overland Expo 2024 reserves the right to prohibit non-vaccinated participants from participating.

Registration Fee and Options:

Note: Prepare deposit slip and upload so your registration may be saved.

  • The Overland Expo Registration Fee Full Segment Feb. 21 to 25 is Php7,000.xx per vehicle.
  • Travel from Segment 1 to Segment 2 via NLEX
  • The registration fee is inclusive of the following:
  1. One (1) shirt but with an option to purchase additional shirts.
  2. Camping Fee for one vehicle with no extra person charge
  3. Camp Guide
  4. TBA Motolite Battery

Option 2:

  • Either Segment 1 or 2, single segment Fee is Php5,000.xx per vehicle.
  • Segment 1 Feb. 21 to 23 –  General Nakar ( 4×4 is a must)
  • Segment 2 Feb 23 to 25 – Dingalan (4×2 Possible via bypass trail)

Meet-Up Information

The Flag-Off / Starting Point of campers Feb. 21, 2024 at 0500hrs in General Nakar Municipal.

Overland Camper are welcome to witness Competitor Scrutineering and Flag-Off at the General Nakar Municipal on Feb. 19 – 20, 2024.

Camper Meet up, Assembly and Flag-Off will be at the Gen. Nakar Municipal Hall on Feb. 21, 2024 at 05:00.

Withdrawal And Cancellation

Any application for withdrawal will not be entertained .A Camper Rig is recommended to have a snorkel for river crossing. Camper Marshal has the right to delay or refuse if the vehicle doesn’t seem fit and no refund will be given. Note: ( River Depth Depends on the weather and Tide)

All participants must:

  • Comply with local laws (LGU).
  • Respect their fellow participants.
  • Take great care of the environment.
  • Drive safely and responsibly at all times.
  • Consumption of alcohol during the transport stage is strictly prohibited. Anyone who in the opinion of the event medical staff is driving under the influence of the above shall be expelled from the event.
  • Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Carrying of firearms during the event is also strictly prohibited.

Environment

  • Overland Expo 2024 is an event that champions environmental conservation by abiding by and promoting globally accepted environmental practices.
  • All campsites must be left as they were found. Take all garbage with you as you go. Any participants found to litter indiscriminately during the event will be disqualified and banned from participating in future events.
    Open burning is strictly prohibited.

Registration Confirmation

  • Registration confirmation will be issued by email by the Event Secretariat upon receipt of the fully completed registration form.
  • Participants may be requested to present this confirmation anytime during the event.

Cancellation Of Event

In the event that the Overland Expo 2024 cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the organizers (force majeure) or due to events that are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the organizers, the Overland Expo 2024 organizers cannot be held liable by the participant for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc.

The organizer reserves the right to –

  • Refuse any entry, without giving any reason whatsoever.
  • Abandon, cancel, postpone, or shorten the event without due notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • No claims whatsoever of any kind shall be entertained due to the abandoning, cancellation, postponement, or shortening of the event.
  • Exclude any person or vehicle, which fails to meet the scrutinizing or administrative guidelines, as set out in this event guide.
  • Disqualify any participants who will carry additional passengers not included in the entry and indemnity form or whose continued presence in the organizers’ opinion is detrimental to the event and other participants.
  • Decide on matters not covered in this set of rules and regulations and to amend or vary them as deemed necessary.
  • The Organizers and any nominated official shall be required to arbitrate on any formal complaint submitted during the event and must have 100% agreement for any judgment to be upheld and final.
